Delivery is smooth with no problems encountered and they will contact you before they ship out the product (next day delivery) which in this case is a bulky product. As for the chair, it is packed properly and delivered with no problems and issues. The chair itself is good considering its price and does feel ergonomic enough to sit on with its 4d arm rest, adjustable reclining back, height adjustable seat, and adjustable seat position (front and back). It is also good for those who are tall (6 feet) since it could accommodate the 90 degree position of your knees for ergonomic use.
