Return and Exchange Policy
1. On items claimed to have a factory defect, customers shall report this within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt. The issue must be emailed to support@datablitz.com.ph and a DataBlitz Technical Support Representative will provide instructions on the matter.
2. Only items deemed defective by DataBlitz Technical Support Team can be returned or exchanged. Replacement or exchange due to change of mind is not allowed.
3. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition complete with the packaging which includes manual, accessories, and other inclusions in pristine physical condition. Original copy of Sales Invoice must also be included.
4. The defective item may be sent back through the nearest DataBlitz branch.

Order Cancellation Policy
Datablitz reserves the right to cancel any order(s) received for any of the following reasons:
- System error
- In the event of system error, order/s may be cancelled automatically. Payment will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. Please notify ecommerce@datablitz.com.ph right away.
- Non-compliance with order requirements including stock hoarding on certain items.
- Stock Discrepancies
- Fraudulent activities
- Act of nature such as calamities and other severe weather condition
- Strict health safety protocol
- Other instances that is beyond the control of DataBlitz
In case of dispute, the DataBlitz e-commerce management decision will prevail.
