1. On items claimed to have a factory defect, customers shall report this within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt. The issue must be emailed to support@datablitz.com.ph and a DataBlitz Technical Support Representative will provide instructions on the matter.

2. Only items deemed defective by Datablitz Technical Support Team can be returned or exchanged. Replacement or exchange due to change of mind is not allowed.

3. Please note that the item must be in its original delivery condition complete with the packaging which includes manual, accessories, and other inclusions in pristine physical condition. Original copy of Sales Invoice must also be included.

4. The defective item may be sent back through the nearest DataBlitz branch.
