Luckily, the unit I got had no problems and it works perfectly. The box was kind of beat up and there was no manual included, but I guess you get what you pay for. This is a great way to get into some racing without spending too much money.
I got frustrated initially cause the item delivered was for xbox not for ps. Imagine the excitement down to frustration. I then called customer support to help me with my concern. CSR Jake was so helpful and fixed the problem accordingly. He coordinated things with the nearest datablitz branch.
Within the day, the wrong item was replaced with a brand new one (what an awesome Christmas gift!)

the g29 i received is good and brand new, first i have my worries since nakita ko sa group na may isa or 2 na bumili and corroded yung bolts sa steering but mine was okay and no issues naman so far.
