I've been a long-time consumer of Steelseries, and they've had their ups and downs when it comes to their product quality. But this is probably the best affordable mouse that I bought from them. Keep in mind that this has the same "TrueMove Core" sensor that the Aerox 3 has.
The funny thing is that I didn't buy this for gaming but rather for my work-at-home use. In a company that's always busy, every second matters. And this mouse helps me a lot because of its precision. I can move the cursor wherever I want it to go, unlike those cheap mice that have a very low polling rate.
Ever since Steelseries created the detachable connectors (like the Type-C connector from Aerox 3 and the Micro-B from Rival 600), they get broken easily. It came to a point where the mouse wasn't responding even after I tried connecting them to other ports.
That aside, I've added a couple of strips from the Razer Universal Grip Tape, which I highly recommend for people who want to experience extra grip or those with sweaty hands. This eliminates your concern about the mouse's weight, essentially.
