The keyboard is great! It tactile switch feels awesome and dit sounds thocky. Stabilizers are good too. Probably the best pre-built mech keyboard in this price range.
I did however encounter an issue with the item. The A key would randomly activate. It was annoying in game because my character would suddenly move to the left. Also. When typing emails and documents.
I inquiried on the return / refund process of DB and learned it would take 7 days for then to test and verify the problem, despite me sending video evidence of the issue. As the issue occurred only randomly, I was not confident they would experience it while testing and thought it might end up a waste of time to send the keyboard back only for them to return it and say there was no issue found.
Good thing this keyboard is hotswappable. I swapped it out the switch of the A key with one of the included replacement switches and haven't encountered the issue since. Though I now only have 3 good spare switches remaining.
Although I was able to resolve the issue on my own, it was a hassle and inconvenience on my end since it was brand new and shouldn't have had an issue with it in the first place.
Aside from this, the keyboard was great. The delivery experience was superb as I requested same day delivery and they were able to deliver it earlier than expected. Their customer serivce was responsive too.
Overall would purchase from your store again :)
