Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Generates reports which will be used as a basis for everyday delivery and pull-out.
2. Prepares replenishment of stocks for everyday delivery.
3. Prepare a list of stocks to be pulled out from branches.
4. Responds to queries of branches.
5. Ensures sufficient stocks of products in all branches which can cover direct demand from customers.
6. Prepares Sales Orders for replacement/repair of customers’ items and other requests.
7. Coordinates with internal and external parties to ensure company goals are reached.
8. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Requires capacity to work on graveyard shift
• Good analytical and numerical ability and detailed oriented.
• Flexible and able to work on long hours and on holidays
• Fresh graduates may be considered but those with at least 2 years working experience are preferred
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
•  Determined and strong willed, patient and highly dependable.
