AUDIT OFFICER
AUDIT STAFF
To maintain day-to-day support to the company in terms of obtaining, analyzing and evaluating audit documentations, operational processes, and internal controls to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Track the implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. To oversee the internal audit team by providing guidance and support to ensure quality audit execution;
2. To develop and implement the internal audit plan and schedule, prioritizing areas based on risk assessments and company objectives;
3. To conduct internal audits across various store locations , ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations;
4. To obtains, analyses and evaluates audit documentation, operational processes, and internal controls to identify inefficiencies, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.;
5. To prepare comprehensive audit reports with detailed findings, implications, and recommendations for management.;
6. To track the implementation of audit recommendations and perform follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are taken;
6. To assist in the development and revision of internal policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls ;
7. To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
* Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related course;
* Must have at least 2-3 years work related experience ;
* Must be detailed oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
* With good verbal and written communication skills;
* Must have thorough understanding of business processes and requirements
