CCTV AND SECURITY COORDINATOR
I. Security
• Leads security personnel by ensuring strict policy implementation as directed by management.
• Collaborates and provides support to security personnel for the effective discharge of security-related duties and responsibilities.
• Investigate and take the appropriate actions by generating reports by the policy for accidents, incidents, or any other suspicious activities.
• Conduct surprise employee locker inspections.
• Issue and monitor of Gate Pass Forms.
II. CCTV
• Monitors and oversee the CCTV cameras of all company premises.
• Control surveillance equipment, and performs building and equipment inspections.
• Provides support to the CCTV footage request to any department.
III. Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specification:
• Preferably college graduate: any course prefer
• Requires excellent health condition.
• Requires use of common sense and maturity and has a high sense of priority and alertness on situations that would need immediate action.
• Requires exposure to different kinds of weather.
• Requires at least one year of experience for security and handling CCTV.
• Requires excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task.
• Requires tactfulness and confidence in carrying out the job functions.
• Integrity and conformity to secrecy and confidentiality.
