The Delivery Rider will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, safe, and timely delivery of parcel orders to customers. This role requires excellent time management, strong customer service skills, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Receives the order from the E-commerce Analyst.
  2. Checks the item for loading against the order.
  3. Loads, transports, and delivers items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
  4. Reviews orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  5. Assists with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
  6. Accepts payments for delivered items, issues the OR, and has the delivery receipt signed.
  7. Provides excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
  8. Adheres to assigned routes and following time schedules.
  9. Remits payments immediately with complete documentation.
  10. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

 

Job Specification:

    • Education: At least high school graduate
    • Experience: Experience as Delivery Rider
    • Knowledge: Road signs and regulations
    • Skills:
      • Strong time management and customer service skills
      • Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
    • Personality:
      • Honest
      • Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
