Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Creates and edits videos.
- Design marketing collaterals for physical stores.
- Creates banners for everyday posting on different social media platforms.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Creates and designs graphics for the layout of all forms of printed matter such as cards, brochures, posters, flyers, rollup banners, logos, stickers, signages, billboards, paper/plastic bags as well as supporting materials such as slides, and computer-based presentations
- Monitors activities of subordinates and makes recommendations regarding layouts and designs
- Maintains and monitors the Datablitz website, creates and maintains backups, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise.
- Assists the Head Graphic Designer on day-to-day tasks and activities
- Reports directly to the Head Graphic Designer and the Marketing Manager
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of BS in Graphics and Design/AB in Multimedia Arts/ Digital Arts and Animation or any related field.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Creative and analytical
- At least 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist preferably in the retail industry with video editing
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Social Media Platforms on Digital Marketing
- Must have a strong and dynamic personality
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Must be patient
- Willing to work on-site
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Willing to do overtime from time to time even if holiday
- Team player
