Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Study design briefs and determine requirements
  2. Creates and edits videos.
  3. Design marketing collaterals for physical stores.
  4. Creates banners for everyday posting on different social media platforms.
  5. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  6. Creates and designs graphics for the layout of all forms of printed matter such as cards, brochures, posters, flyers, rollup banners, logos, stickers, signages, billboards, paper/plastic bags as well as supporting materials such as slides, and computer-based presentations
  7. Monitors activities of subordinates and makes recommendations regarding layouts and designs
  8. Maintains and monitors the Datablitz website, creates and maintains backups, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise.
  9. Assists the Head Graphic Designer on day-to-day tasks and activities
  10. Reports directly to the Head Graphic Designer and the Marketing Manager
  11. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time


  • Must be a graduate of BS in Graphics and Design/AB in Multimedia Arts/ Digital Arts and Animation or any related field.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Creative and analytical
  • At least 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist preferably in the retail industry with video editing
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Social Media Platforms on Digital Marketing
  • Must have a strong and dynamic personality
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Must be patient
  • Willing to work on-site
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Willing to do overtime from time to time even if holiday
  • Team player
