The HR Associate - Compensation and Benefits is responsible for overseeing and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs. They ensure that the company's compensation packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves analyzing compensation data, managing employee benefits programs, and providing guidance on compensation-related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. To be in charge of reporting and payment of mandated government benefits;
  2. Administer and process government loans and benefit claims of employees
  3. Receive and process SSS EMAT and Paternity Leave
  4. Act as Liaison to SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, and BIR
  5. To be responsible for the execution and processes of other mandated and company-initiated benefits
  6. To engage with the government in new programs and implementations for compliance
  7. To manage Exit Interview and process Employee Clearance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related course
  • Previous experience in all HR facets is an advantage
  • Must be detailed oriented and have strong organization and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
