INVENTORY ANALYST
To implement and monitor procedures to ensure the proper inventory in the E-commerce. To assist Management in the development and implementation of a formal program to audit all areas related to inventory movement for integrity and accuracy. To lead the cycle counts in a program to identify and eliminate any problems found in daily cycle counts. Assist E-commerce personnel with inventory control procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures accurate checking of inventory.
- Investigates all non-conforming deliveries.
- Investigate all non-conformity in pull-outs.
- Checks all canceled items in DR.
- Check if the description of items and their quantity are correct compared to the shipment’s Receiving Report.
- Assists the preparation team in preparing provincial shipments.
- Helps in scanning the serial number of Logitech and Steel Series.
- Files and sorts. Pull out Receipts, Delivery Tabulation, and Receiving Report.
- Receives, prepares, and conducts an inventory of Steam Wallet.
- Answers emails and phone calls from branches with regard to delivery and pull-out issues.
- Assists delivery team in receiving DR from other departments and checking items for delivery.
- Acts as reliever for the Warehouse Staff (Documentation) during his absence.
- Makes recommendations to improve the inventory.
- Requests inventory adjustments and reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BSc/BA in Accounting or relevant field is preferred
- Good understanding of data analysis and forecasting
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Word) and inventory software (e.g. SAP)
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Must be smart, friendly, can work with a team, and self-disciplined
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work long hours when needed
- Ability to work in all types of weather condition
