Job Objective

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing long term strategic marketing plans for the company in order to attract potential customer and retain existing ones.  Manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the President regarding various important Marketing concerns
  • Coordinates with game publishers, suppliers and partners regarding game releases and particulars
  • Liaises directly with various department heads for Marketing-related concerns
  • Oversees the day-to-day activities and tasks of the Marketing staff
  • Formulates strategic Marketing campaigns approved by the President to promote products, services and peripherals
  • Comes up with Marketing plans for seasonal campaigns such as Christmas/New Year
  • Liaises with various mall admin personnel for special events and promotions
  • Monitors the various Marketing POP's deployed to the branches
  • Oversees the budget allocated for the Marketing Department
  • Evaluates the overall performance of the Marketing staff
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

A. Education

  • Requires graduate of Marketing / Communication
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, IT or any business-related course

  • Must be able to walk long distances and travel

  • Requires mental alertness
  • Must be creative and analytical

E. Work Experience

  • Requires at least 3 years experience as Marketing Manager
  • Must have at least 3 years experience as Marketing Manager preferably in retail industry
  • Must have strong experience in digital marketing

  • Requires good interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Must have good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
  •  Must have good interpersonal skills
  •  Must have skills in coaching, training and motivating staff
