Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Researches potential vendors
  • Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
  • Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare cost analyses
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

    Job Specifications




i) Education

Requires a graduate of a four-year course

Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related course

ii) Physical Demands

Requires to do field works

Requires capacity to work on graveyard shift

Must be able to do field work

Must be able to walk long distances and travel to different places

Must be able to work on graveyard shift

iii) Mental Demands

Requires good analytical and numerical ability

Must have good analytical and numerical ability

iv) Working Conditions

Requires to work on different working environment


Must be flexible and able to work on different working environment, as well as traveling to different places and working on extended hours and on holidays

v) Work Experience

Fresh graduates are preferred

New graduates may be considered

vi) Skills

Requires good verbal and written communication skills

Must have good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog

vii) Personality

Requires strong personality

Must be determined and strong-willed
