We are searching for a well-organized, energetic purchasing staff to help the purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks.

The purchasing staff's responsibilities include researching market trends, maintaining relationships with both vendors and clients, inspecting inventory, and updating relevant spreadsheets and documents as well as researching about the prices of products.



  1. Monitors stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  2. Researches potential vendors
  3. Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
  4. Updates internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  5. Conducts market research to identify pricing trends
  6. Evaluates offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  7. Prepares cost analyses
  8. Maintains updated records of invoices and contracts
  9. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
  10. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  11. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time



  • Degree in marketing, accounting or related business courses.
  • Previous retail experience recommended.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication skills
