Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manages Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  2. Posts new releases and promotions on the company's various social media portals
  3. Answers messages and comments on all social media portals
  4. Handles inquiries and customer concerns over the phone and via email
  5. Broadcasts new promos and pre-orders to the branches
  6. Gathers information about upcoming releases and new titles from reliable resources
  7. 7 Submits reports related to Social Media and other competitor activities
  8. Processes online orders of customers
  9. Assists in other Marketing tasks/events
  10. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing/ Business Management/ Advertising or any business course related
  • Must be able to work long hours in front of a computer
  • Must be alert, creative and analytical
  • Must be able to work in different weather condition and working in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to handle stress and pressure
  • Preferably at least 1 year work experience as SMA but not required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog, other language/s an advantage
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must possess pleasing personality
  • Must be patient and organized
