This so far is the cheapest one out there with these specs. It's not fancy, but it runs fast, is very responsive, and is ideal for casual to business use. Hard to find any that will beat these specs at this price. Sure, you will not get a 100+ hz refresh rate but if you're using it for study, business, or casual, it's more than enough. Best of all, it has a 16GB DDR5 which is plenty. Most will have this at 8gb DDR4 for the same price. If you value performance over aesthetics, fancy marketing scheme, or features that you know you will not be using at all, then I highly recommend considering this for your budget.
