Award-winning performance
To further improve the award-winning NT-H1, the mixture of metal oxide microparticles for NT-H2 was consistently optimized to enable even lower thermal resistance and thinner layer thicknesses at typical contact pressures. This allows NT-H2 to achieve even better results in most application scenarios .
AM5 Edition with sealing cover
The pressure applied by the cooler forces excess thermal paste outward. On AM5 CPUs, this excess paste often collects in the side recesses of the heat spreader, where it is difficult to remove. The NA-TPG1 sealing cover prevents this undesirable phenomenon easily and safely.
Easy to apply
NT-H2 spreads excellently under pressure and therefore does not need to be manually spread before installing the cooler: simply apply some paste to the CPU (see application instructions for details), put the cooler on - done!
Easy removal with included cleaning wipes
The 3.5g pack comes with three large NA-CW1 cleaning wipes moistened with a special active ingredient solution, making NT-H2 removal a breeze: simply wipe the paste off the CPU and the cooler's contact surface with one of the wipes, and you're done!
Optional NA-SCW1 set for frequent use
For power users who frequently disassemble and reassemble their coolers, we recommend purchasing the optional NA-SCW1 set, which includes 20 NA-SCW1 cleaning wipes. These wipes make it easy to remove NT-H2 from CPU heat spreaders and the cooler's contact surface.
Non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive
While the use of some high-end thermal pastes and pads is risky due to their electrical conductivity or corrosive properties, with NT-H2 you are always on the safe side: no risk of short circuits, trouble-free use with CPU coolers of all types (copper, aluminum, with or without nickel plating, etc.)!
Excellent long-term stability
The paste's special formulation demonstrates excellent long-term stability, even after intensive use. NT-H2 can be stored at room temperature for at least three years and, thanks to its excellent curing, bleeding, dry-out, and thermal cycling characteristics, can be used on CPUs for five years or more.
No run-in time required
Some thermal pastes require a longer break-in period to reach their full performance, and some thermal pads require a separate burn-in process. In contrast, NT-H2 is fully operational immediately and requires no special preparation.
3.5g pack for 3-20 applications
The classic 3.5g pack is perfect for users who only occasionally install coolers. Depending on the CPU size, it is sufficient for approximately 3-20 applications (e.g., approximately 3 applications for large CPUs like TR4, 15 for AM4/AM5 or LGA1700, and approximately 20 for small CPUs like LGA1151).
