Received in Cebu after 7 days. backplate is plastic. no LEDs. highest temp is 81C but it doesnt seem like its throttling. redditors complained of noise but my a/c is louder.
The RX9070 has 16gb VRAM but IMO is not powerful enough to utilize all of it, so its not more future-proof than the RTX5070 and is way above MSRP. Same goes for the RTX5060Ti 16GB which has a higher cost/frame ratio.
Upgraded to the Palit RTX 5070 Infinity 3 from an RTX 3070, and the performance jump is impressive. On my 2K 165Hz monitor, it handles games at ultra settings smoothly, with noticeably lower temps, maxing at 70°C under render, compared to my 3070's 80-90°C. Tried stability and it passed all(unigine, timespy, steel nomad, etc.). It's quiet, cool, and perfect for both gaming and creative work. Ordered here and it came early the next day! Great service 10/10.
Cheapest model I could find on Datablitz. It's good enough for its price, easily overclockable, no complaints :)
