As expected, my package was delivered the next day. Also received a polite text confirmation and reminders. The actual Razer box was just a bit dusty but that's understandable because it was probably sitting in a warehouse. The mat itself was OK though - just a few flecks of dust and a not-so-noticeable small line/crease on the black weave. I hope I didn't get a refurbished item haha but overall, I'm satisfied and will order again for the convenience.
