Very easy to configure (my first retro handheld), fits well in my hands, and powerful enough to run everything in my use case (mostly PSP emulation, GBA, and some Android games like Dead Cells).
Battery drain is about 5% every day when left asleep (with wifi off).
My only gripe is that I hate the stiff and clicky face buttons. The D-pad and analog sticks are fine, but yeah, the ABXY buttons are way too tactile with a lot of travel for no discernible reason.
Very nice retro handheld for the price. I was a bit skeptical of the Android OS, but the performance has been pretty good so far (have only tried until Dreamcast / PSP / DS). The size is just right, not too small, not too big. Though controls can be a bit stiff and uncomfortable for some more intense gaming.
Setup can be a hassle, but there's a ton of guides online. Once setup, the Retroid Launcher is quite convenient. Can also install Google Play Apps, so that helps.
I guess one gripe would be the battery. It was drained when it got here, and my device got stuck in a boot loop even after a while of charging. After a couple of tries, I finally managed to get the device to boot up in Recovery Mode, and I was able to properly charge the thing. Hopefully, the battery is still in good condition after all that. So far from experience, the battery's been pretty average, when using the heavier apps.
This retro handheld is the best bang for your buck when you want to play your childhood games. It supports all the classic consoles and handhelds. Initial setup is a breeze but the finnicky part is the customizing the settings to fit your preferences. Patience is needed to make things work the way you want it. Screen is good and bright and battery life is 6.5 hours on my end. Controls are well built and responsive. I wish the thumbsticks were a bit bigger. Internal storage is good to hold my current games (128GB) and other media.
